Our team will access your sewer system through an accessible sewer cleanout, main stack, main roof vent, or by pulling a toilet. Using our in-line camera, we will carefully record full color video of the line to the city main, manhole, or septic tank check valve. In the event of a blockage or a restriction that prevents a full video, we will locate the farthest point above ground and make appropriate markings. Our team uses standardized testing steps to insure all of our scopes are assessed to the best of our abilities. After a preliminary toilet flush, each technician sends the camera down the pipe “dry”, and then runs water on the way back to verify flow. Pipes can often be full of debris or sludge buildup and it is important to identify each problem accurately first dry and then rinsed through. You will receive a file of the video to keep upon completion.
